Cold Brew Coffee. What is It?

Cold Brew is freshly ground coffee that is steeped in room temperature water over a long period of time. It is then filtered and bottled for your enjoyment. It is not the same thing as iced or cold coffee. Cold Brew, because of it’s brewing method, is less acidic and drinks smoother on your palate.
